Summer Seasonal Beverages V2

This summer menu came from a lot of testing, tasting, and chasing flavors that felt bright, nostalgic, and genuinely fun to drink. We pulled inspiration from tropical cocktails, classic summer desserts, fruit-forward tea drinks, and long afternoons spent wanting something cold and refreshing. After weeks of dialing everything in, we landed on a lineup of jammy strawberry matcha, tropical coconut lattes, shaken Gao Palmers, and toasted lemon meringue milkshakes.

Coconut Dream Latte

We’re kicking off summer with a tiki-inspired latte made from our house-crafted coconut mix. It’s creamy, smooth, and just the right kind of tropical, like a warm breeze and easy afternoon vibes. Enjoy it hot or iced and settle into the rhythm of summer.

Strawberry Matcha

A vibrant twist on the classic matcha latte, crafted with ceremonial-grade Hugo Tea Anshun Matcha and our house-made strawberry reduction. Fresh, umami-rich matcha meets sweet, tangy strawberries for a bright, refreshing sip. Served iced.

Gao Palmer

Gao Wen black tea from Hugo shaken with house strawberry reduction and fresh squeezed lemon for a bright, layered take on the Arnold Palmer. Jammy berry sweetness, crisp citrus, and delicate tea tannins come together in a deeply refreshing summer drink. Served iced, 16 ounce only.

Lemon Meringue Milkshake

A bright, nostalgic take on lemon meringue, built on Moo-ville vanilla ice cream. Blended with lemon curd, fresh lemon juice for a vibrant citrus kick, plus graham cracker mixed right in for that pie-like finish. Topped with a cloud of marshmallow fluff, lightly toasted. Sweet, tangy, and just a little toasty.
