Q: How much is shipping?
A: Warm Weather Shipping is now in effect.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.99. Add the zone cost to the $9.99 shipping fee.
A $3 fee is added for Zone #1: Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin. Total Zone #1 shipping cost: $12.99
A $12 fee is added for Zone #2: Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia.
Total Zone #2 shipping cost: $21.99
A $21 fee is added for Zone #3: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Wyoming.
Total Zone #3 shipping cost: $30.99
A $30 fee is added for Zone #4: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
Total Zone #4 shipping cost: $39.99
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically fulfilled the day after they are placed. For example, orders placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email to view your tracking details.
Q: Who do you ship with?
A: We ship with both UPS and USPS.
Q: My package arrived damaged or melted—what should I do?
A: If your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact us at sweets@sweetlandcandies.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and make sure you receive your order in proper condition. Photos may be required so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please note: we are unable to replace damaged items reported more than 10 days after delivery.
Q: My package is missing an item or is incorrect—what should I do?
A: If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please contact us at sweets@sweetlandcandies.com as soon as possible. We’ll make it right and ensure you receive your full order.
Q: My package was stolen—what should I do?
A: We understand how frustrating this can be. While we are not responsible for stolen packages, please contact us at sweets@sweetlandcandies.com and we’ll help confirm delivery details and assist where we can.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?
A: If you contact us before your order ships, we can help correct the address. Please email sweets@sweetlandcandies.com as soon as possible. Once the package has shipped, changes are no longer guaranteed.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Merchandise and brew gear may be returned within 30 days, unused, for a refund.
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, nuts, and coffee, we cannot accept returns on these items. However, if you’re not satisfied, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
