Where are you located?

A: We have two locations. Our Plainfield location is in Grand Rapids, MI, and is home to our chocolate factory, retail store, and coffee shop, featuring a full menu and ample seating. Our second location is in Rockford, a vibrant community hub offering specialty coffee, a full candy counter, and delicious pastries. You can either grab a coffee to enjoy here and stay with us for a bit, or get it to go and explore Rockford's very walkable downtown.

​Do you ship your chocolates?

A: We ship to all 50 states via USPS or UPS for a flat rate of $8.99. Visit our online store to place an order. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Do you sell gift cards?

A: We do! You can buy gift cards online or in-store that can be used for in-store purchases. These gift cards are not valid for online purchases.

Do you offer local deliveries?

A: Currently, we are not offering local delivery. 

Do you offer local pickup?

A: Currently, we are not offering local pickup. 

What is the best way to store chocolates?

A: In a dry cool place below 70 degrees, or in your freezer NOT in your refrigerator!

Do you give chocolate tours?

A: Yes! At our Plainfield location, please call ahead to make sure that production is going on the day you are interested in coming.

Are you hiring?

A: So, you’re interested in working with us? That’s great! We love adding fun, chocolate and coffee loving enthusiasts to our team! The best way to ensure your interest is seen is to visit our job opportunities page. You can apply for any jobs posted there, as well as upload your resume.

Do you donate to good causes?

A: We love to give into our community. It is our community that makes us who we are. Due to current circumstances, we are only donating to 501c(3) non-profits at this time. Feel free to contact drew@sweetlandcandies.com. Include a little about your non-profit and your event and he will be able to let you know if we can help you out!
