ROAST LEVEL: Medium-Dark
Quality and craftsmanship never go out of fashion. This coffee is a nod to the roasting heritage and effortless style of yesteryear. An unabashedly roast-driven coffee, it favors velvety texture, mellow acidity, and caramelized sweetness over brightness and fresh fruit sugars. We carefully select coffees with this approach in mind so you get a full, chocolatey cup that is very forgiving no matter what brew method you choose.
Roasted by our friends at Morningsong Coffee Roasters in Grand Rapids, MI. (Whole Bean Coffee 12 oz.)
