An unabashedly roast-driven coffee, it favors velvety texture, mellow acidity, and caramelized sweetness over brightness and fresh fruit sugars. We carefully select coffees with this approach in mind and roast them in a way so that you get a full, chocolatey cup that is very forgiving no matter what brew method you choose.
